The reception team will ask a few questions to signpost you to the right clinician or service, please don’t be offended when asked.
An appointment can be made by telephone or in person at reception or you can book an appointment online. The receptionist will endeavour to offer you an appointment of your choice at a suitable time. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment.
Urgent Appointments
If you need a doctor urgently, please inform the receptionist. If the Medical Centre is closed, please telephone 111.
Telephone Consultations
If you need to speak to the doctor, a telephone consultation can be arranged. The receptionist may ask for information to pass to the doctor.
Results of Tests
Test results can be given over the telephone when authorised by the doctor, otherwise appointments would need to be made with the doctor. Please telephone between 14:00 and 16:00 for results.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
