On Friday 23rd January 2026 from 12pm-2pm we are having an essential network switch. This will mean we have no phone lines or computer systems during this time.

For routine enquires we ask you to contact us outside of these times and for URGENT enquires please visit the surgery.

Thank you for understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Welcome to Moss Side Medical Centre (Leyland)

Our friendly team are here to assist you Monday to Friday 8am – 6.30pm.  We do hold evening appointments every Tuesday 6.30pm – 8pm.

We do experience a high volume of calls in the mornings, if its not urgent, please ring later in the day. 

We do have plenty of appointments daily, either face to face or by telephone.  The reception team will ask you some questions about why you need an appointment, this is only to direct you to the right clinician.
